Conner Levi Ivy

Conner Levi Ivy, the nine-month-old son of Tony Lee Ivy Jr. and Amanda Dawn Maddox Ivy, died Thursday, April 14, 2011, in the family's residence in Newbern, Tenn.

He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Georgia Carson and Aubrey Turner.

Conner leaves his parents;

One sister, Alexis Ivy;

His grandparents, Tony and Carla Ivy of Newbern, Wendy Turner and Noel Gomez of Dyersburg, Theresa Booker of Dyersburg, and Sam and Michelle Maddox of Blytheville;

His great-grandparents, Ted and Jo Ivy of Tiptonville, Jeanette Turner of Ridgely, Billy Carson of Newbern, Sam and Shelia Maddox of Blytheville, and Sheila and Larry Dempsey of Paragould;

One aunt, Kelsey Ivy; and

Two uncles, Daniel Booker and Peyton Maddox.

The family will receive visitors from 10:30 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Johnson-Williams Funeral home in Newbern Monday. A memorial service will be held in the chapel of the funeral home at 1 p.m., following the visitation. Burial will follow at New Haven Cemetery. Officiating ministers will be the Rev. Clayton Mahan, the Rev. Danny Rigney and the Rev. Ronnie Turner. Pallbearers will be Adam Cagle and Daniel Booker.
