Paquita Reed Johnson

Paquita Reed Johnson, 54, formerly of Blytheville, died March 15, 2011 in Las Vegas. Born Dec. 30, 1956 in Blytheville, she was a computer technician and a Baptist.

She was preceded in death by her father, Joe Willie Freeman.

Mrs. Johnson leaves her mother, Betty Cook Vann and her stepfather, David Vann of Blytheville;

Her husband, Gerald Johnson of Las Vegas;

Two daughters, Teauna Reed of Dallas and D'Antquonese Reed of Sherwood;

Two step-daughters, Venus Winters of Peoria and Kenya Evans of Las Vegas;

One son, George Reed, Jr. of Cisco;

One brother, Bobbie Johnson of Blytheville; and

Six grandchildren.

Funeral services, officiated by the Rev. Freeman McKindra, Jr., were held on Saturday, March 19 at the Prince of Peace Church, with burial taking place at Memory Gardens in Blytheville.
