James Joseph Clapp

James Joseph Clapp, 35, of Burdette, died Monday, Feb. 21, 2011, at his home. He was born in Haver Hill, Mass., and was a cook.

He leaves his parents, Tom and Ann Gonyer of Burdette and David Otis Clapp Sr. of Beaver Dam, Ky.;

One son, Corey Clapp of Kentucky;

Six sisters, America Clapp of Manila, Dami Clapp of Kentucky, Davi Clapp of Bowling Green, Ky., April Clapp and Tomi Clapp, both of Beaver Dam, Ky.; and Mickey Jo Sargent of Haver Hill, Mass.;

Six brothers, Roland Dionne of Fairbanks, Aka., David Clapp Jr. and Carl Clapp, both of Manila, Harry Clapp of Burdette, Jesse Clapp and George Clapp, both of Beaver Dam, Ky.

There will be no funeral services. The body will be cremated.

Visitation will be from 6-9 Wednesday at the Wilson Funeral Home of Osceola with Tommy Barnett officiating.
