Mr. Willie Brown Jr., 58, of Osceola, died Tuesday, Jan. 25, 2011, at his home.

He was born in Osceola, the son of Willie Brown and Pauline Joshua Brown. He moved to California and had worked for Western Pacific Railroad before returning to Osceola last year.

He leaves a son, Robert Perry of Stockton, Calif.;

Four daughters, Lisa Castro, Lacreisha Brown, Latrice Brown and Jonelle Brown, all of Stockton;

Five sisters, Doris Hodges and her husband, Sylvester, and Judy Brown, all of Osceola, Faye Grant and her husband, Johnny, of Kankakee, Ill., Estella Bryant of Blacksville, S.C., and Darlene McAdory of West Memphis;

Seven brothers, Elder Henry Brown and Freddie Brown, both of Blytheville, Joseph Brown of Kankakee, Ill., Albert Brown of Chipley, Fla., Sidney Brown, Edward Brown and Tommy James, all of Osceola; and

Sixteen grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at the Greater Holy Temple Church of God in Christ at 716 E. McHaney, Blytheville, with Elder Henry Brown, pastor, officiating.

The body will be cremated.

Visitation will be from 12:30 until time of services Sunday at the church.

Arrangements are under the direction of McDonald-Horne Funeral Home of Blytheville.
