Stacy Lynn Walker, 43, died Wednesday, Jan. 28, 2009, at his home in Manila. He was born Oct. 19, 1965, at Dallas, Texas. He attended Manila High School and was a 1984 graduate of Aubrey High School in Aurbrey, Texas. He later attended the University of North Texas. He worked with his dad as a welder for Walker Welding and Fabrication.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Trigger Wall, and his great-grandparents, early Manila settlers, Riley and Opal Dunkin.

Survivors include his father, M.H. Walker; his mother, Linda Donovan; his sister, Tamatha Walker; and his grandmother, Jenella Caraway, all of Manila; three aunts, Pearl Morris, Dorothy Conway, and Alma Broyles, and an uncle Randa Wall.

A graveside service was held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Manila Cemetery with Rev. Jerry Pentecost officiating. Burial was under the direction of Howard Funeral Service of Manila.

Honorary pallbearers were Bobby Tucker, Brian Minton, Jimmy Adams, Jimmy Hicks, Paul Hicks, Billy Knight, Jimmy Jones, Billy Warren, and Kenneth Cole.
