Ray F. Williams, 75, of Arnold, Mo., died Dec. 10, 2007, in St. Louis, Mo. Mr. Williams was self-employed and worked with garage doors. He was born Dec. 10, 1932, in Blytheville. He was the son of the late Elmer D. and Viola Jeter Williams of Manila.

He is survived by his wife, Helen Romine Williams; two sons and daughters-in-law, Ronnie and Vicki Williams of Arnold and Tom and Sandi Williams of Oklahoma City, Okla.; a daughter and son-in-law, Bonnie and Roger Yates of DeSoto, Mo.; eight siblings, Johnny Williams of Cedar Hill, Mo., Glen Williams of Raymore, Mo., Jimmy Williams of Dallas, Texas, Elmer Williams Jr. of Dyersburg, Tenn., Larry Williams of Olive Branch, Miss., Aradee Irby of Dyersburg, Tenn., Jackie Ferguson of Polo, Mo., and Betty Kappelman of Wyle, Texas; six grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.

The funeral was held on Dec. 13 at Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home in Arnold, Mo., with Rev. Gene Spurgeon officiating. Burial was in Shepherd Hills Cemetery in Barnhart.

Arrangements were under the direction of Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral home in Arnold.
