Alline Williams, 93, of Caraway died at Manila Nursing Center on Monday, Oct. 15, 2007. She was born in Evening shade to Dotson and Anna Belle Graddy Metcalf. She was a homemaker and member of the Church of Christ in Caraway.

She is survived by her son, Gerald Williams of Manila; three sisters, Ruth Kunkel of Evening Shade, and Madge Armstrong and Vista Finley, both of Monette; a granddaughter, Laurel Hatch of Caraway; and a great-grandson, Easton Hatch of Caraway.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Oscar Williams; four brothers; and two sisters.

The funeral was held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Langford-Bookout Funeral Home at Jonesboro with Gary Prince officiating. Burial was in Caraway Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Johnny McCord, Charles Wayne Brickell, Mike Brickell, Gail Yates, Lloyd Lamb and John Starnes.

Honorary pallbearers were men of Caraway Church of Christ.
