James C. Prince, 78, of Hornersville, formerly of Rector, was born Aug. 18, 1929, and died Sunday, Sept. 23, 2007, at Twin Rivers Hospital in Kennett, Mo.

The funeral was held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday in Mitchell Funeral Home chapel of Rector. Burial was in Woodland Heights Cemetery.
