Leachville

Mary Virginia Warren, 76, of Leachville, died Saturday, Sept. 15, 2007, at Monette Manor Nursing Center. Born in Hornersville, she was the daughter of the late Elvis and Ida Thornton Rush and had been a resident of Blytheville and Bernie, Mo., before making her home in Leachville 38 years ago. She was a graduate of Gosnell High School, a homemaker and member of the Leachville Church of Christ.

She is survived by her husband, J.H. Warren, of the home; two sons, Larry Warren of Marmaduke and Carl Warren of Leachville; a daughter, Reeba Jones of Leachville; three brothers, Elwood Rush of Bernie, Mo., Ira Rush of Jackson, Mo., and Olin Rush of Marble Hill, Mo.; 11 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

The funeral will be held at 10 a.m. today (Tuesday) in the Howard Funeral chapel with David Lawrence and Wes McAdams officiating. Burial will follow in the Leachville Cemetery.
