Ludie Jeweldeen Wilson Adams, 75, of Jonesboro, formerly of Black Oak, died Friday, Dec. 22, 2006, at NEA Medical Center. She was a homemaker and a Baptist.

Mrs. Adams is survived by her husband, Claudis V. Adams of the home; a son, Wayne Adams and his wife, Peggy, of Chugiak, Alaska; a daughter, Bevylee Eckols and husband, Frank, of Shrevport, La.; and two brothers, Carl Wilson of Harrisburg and E.L. Wilson of Jonesboro.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Don and May Wilson; a son, Larry Adams; and a brother, G.J. Wilson.

The funeral was held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 27, in Windover Baptist Church with Rev. Dr. Winfred Bridges officiating. Interment was in Caraway Cemetery. Gregg Funeral Home of Monette was in charge of arrangements.

Pallbearers were Price Marshall, Jack Tucker, Ken Luff, Kevin Tucker, Ronnie Gibson and Jeremy Tucker.
