Velma Bagley Bray - Manila

Velma Bagley Bray, 71, of Manila, died Sunday, Oct. 23, 2005, at Manila Nursing Center in Manila. She was a homemaker and a member of the Caraway Baptist Church.

She is survived by two daughters, Karen Jernigan of Collierville, Tenn., and Polly Girdley of Etowah; two sons, Tommy Bagley of Caraway and Kevin Bagley of Paragould; four sisters, Bobbie Hall of West Memphis, Genece Crumby of Helena, Mary Jane Hunkapiller of Jonesboro and Patsy Everhart of West Helena; three brothers, Johnny Mann of Amarillo, Texas, Billy Ray Mann of Cassopolis, Mich., and Elmer Mann of West Helena; eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Bobby Bray, and a sister.

The funeral will be at Murphy Funeral Home at 10 a.m. today (Tuesday) with Rick Stevens officiating.

Active pallbearers will be Greg Simpson, Heath Primm, Mack Primm, and Danny Austin with one honorary pallbearer, Britt Jernigan, Jr.

Interment will be at Potter Memorial Cemetery in Lepanto.
