Jerry Don Mason, 47, of Paragould died Thursday, Sept. 22, 2005, at his residence. Born at Paragould, he was a truck driver and of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include his wife, Merenia Mason of the home; a stepson, Robert Thigpen of Paragould; two stepdaughters, Merenia Crocker of Paragould and Leila Thigpen of Pine Bluff; his father and stepmother, Clinton and Essie Mason of Arbyrd; a sister, Retha Ladyman of Paragould; and seven grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Pearl Mason, and a brother.

The funeral was held at 10 a.m. Monday at Mitchell Funeral Home in Paragould with Arie Davis and Henry Housler officiating. Burial was in Hartsoe Cemetery.
