Hubert Brison Timbs - Lepanto

Hubert Brison Timbs, 80, of Lepanto died Friday, March 25, 2005, at South Mississippi County Medical Center in Osceola.

Survivors include four sons, Houston Timbs of Batesville, Cleveland Timbs of Bald Knob, Perry Timbs of Lepanto and Kenneth Timbs of Judsonia; five daughters, Barbara Franks of Cushman, Linda Rosemond of Caraway, Lize Carter of Manila, Debbie Greenhaw of Trumann and Connie Williams of Marked Tree; three sisters, Peggy Patterson of Niles, Mich., and Vador Hancock and Lillian Tombs, both of Manila; a brother, Cloyes Timbs of Marked Tree; 36 grandchildren; 60 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Lillian Timbs; his parents, Cooper and Annie May Timbs; and two brothers.

The funeral was held at 2:30 p.m. at Murphy Funeral Home of Lepanto with Huey Meherg officiating. Burial was in Potter Memorial Cemetery at Lepanto.

Pallbearers were Steven Hamilton, Toby Carter, Pete Brown, Randy Tucker, Jerry Rosemond, Robert Clark and Robert Tracy.
