Georgia Ann Knight - Leachville

Georgia Ann Knight, 91, of Leachville, died Wednesday, Jan. 28, 2004, at her home. Born at Harrisburg, she was the daughter of the late George Washington and Corna Vanhoozer Brock and had been a Leachville resident for most of her life. She was the widow of Henry Knight and attended the Leachville United Methodist Church.

She is survived by two sons, Richard Knight of Bloomington, Ill., and William Knight of Dell; seven grandchildren, Billy, Lee, Richard, Gary and Tony Knight and Rachael and Stephen Barto. She also leaves 12 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.

The funeral was held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Howard Funeral Chapel in Leachville with Rev. Marilyn Webb officiating. Burial was in the Leachville Cemetery.
