Lorne Thelma May - Caraway

Lorne Thelma May, 66, of Caraway, died Nov. 21, 2002, at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro. She was a housewife and was of the Baptist faith.

She is survived by her husband, Glen May, Sr., of Caraway; four sons, Glen May Jr., of Horn Lake, Miss., Bobby May of Missouri, Gordon Dale May of Etowah, and Steven May of Leachville; a daughter, Rose Peridore of Caraway; three sisters, May Brewer of Sikeston, Mo., Vera Thompson of Fla., and Rose Hightower of Caraway; two brothers, Edward Milligan of Jonesboro and Robert William Milligan of Kentucky; 14 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

The funeral was held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 26, at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola with Brother Billy Moore officiating. Burial was in Potter Cemetery in Lepanto with Wilson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
