Dorothy Lloyd Williams - Manila

Dorothy Lloyd Williams, 65, of Manila, the widow of Marion L. "Pete" Williams, died Sunday, Aug. 4, 2002, at Beverly Health and Rehabilitation Center in Jonesboro. Born at Heber Springs, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Hattie Rice and had been a Manila resident for the past 20 years. A former St. Louis resident, she was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith.

She is survived by two sons, Raymond Williams and Ricky Williams, both of St. Louis; four daughters, Dorothy Moon of St. Louis, Nancy Hughes of Washington, D.C., Sherry Jacobs of Walnut Ridge and Lisa Benham of Manila; a brother, Butch Rice of St. Louis; 12 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Howard Funeral Service Chapel at Manila. Burial was at Mt. Zion Cemetery at Steele, Mo.
