Rayburn Earl Williams - Caraway

Rayburn Earl Williams, 64, of Caraway died Wednesday, June 12, 2002, at Baptist Memorial East in Memphis. Born at Caraway, he was the son of the late Elmer and Opal Guinn Williams and had been a former long-time Manila resident. He was a retired trucker and he attended Rowes Chapel Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Deason Williams of Manila; a son, Roger Williams of Caraway; four daughters, Debbie Adams and Beverly Coats, both of Caraway, Rhonda Redmon of Mayfield, Ky., and Pam Burke of Dumas; two stepsons, Keith Scott of Manila and Chad Scott of Monette; two stepdaughters, Tammy McKinney and Dianna Parks, both of Manila; four brothers, James Williams and Donnie Williams, both of Caraway, Jerry Williams of Helena and Charlie Williams of Marked Tree; three sisters, Betty Davis of Viola, Levetta Archey of Anna, Ill., and Patricia Armstrong of Viola; 14 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Services were 11 a.m. Saturday at the Howard Funeral Service chapel in Manila with Rev. Waymon Holt and Rev. Mike Tabor officiating. Burial was in Monette Cemetery.
