Charles Richard "Buddy" Eddy - Monette

Charles Richard "Buddy" Eddy, 66, of Monette, died Saturday, Dec. 1, 2001, at Monette Manor. He was a retired farmer and affiliated with Rowe's Chapel Baptist Church. He had lived in Monette all of his life.

He is survived by three sons, Johnny Richard Eddy, James Eddy, and Jerry Eddy, all of LaPorte, Ind.; a sister, Lousie, "Sissy" Sparkman of Monette; and seven grandchildren.

The funeral was held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Gregg Funeral Home Chapel in Monette with Rev. Mike Tabor officiating. Burial was in the Monette Cemetery with Gregg Funeral Home of Monette in charge.
