Linda Viola Wilson, 72, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., formerly of Blytheville, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 8, 2021, at her home. Linda was born in Burdette to Brent and Dorothy Wheeler Hamm. She had a big, loving heart and a compassion for people which led her to pursue her career in caregiving. Linda enjoyed watching westerns and listening to gospel music. The Trumann Fire Department is set to participate in the 9/11 stair climb in Little Rock again Saturday. “We missed last year because of COVID restrictions and we are looking forward to the event,” Trumann Fire Chief Revis Kemper said.
