Ronald Wayne Hickox, 74, of Blytheville, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 16, 2020, at Great River Medical Center in Blytheville. Ronald was born in Effingham, Ill., to Wayne and Lucille Foster Hickox. He worked as a mechanic for Phoenix and was of the Church of Christ faith. Ronald served his country with honor in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War. He was a member of Ducks Unlimited for 20 years. Ronald enjoyed astronomy and loved animals...

Molly Jo Fuller of Blytheville passed away Thursday, Dec. 17, 2020, at her home. Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced when complete. Cobb Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

The Blytheville Fire Department had a busy week, battling three fires in three days. According to BFD fire marshal Daniel Holifield, firemen responded to a house fire in the 1000 block of Highland on Tuesday. “On arrival light smoke was visible and firemen made entry,” Holifield said. “The fire was contained to the attic area of the structure with minimal damages. Firemen were on scene for two hours.”...
