Gayle Garner Penter 72, a long-time resident of Gosnell, passed from this life on Saturday, June 8, 2019, at her home surrounded by the family she loved. Gayle was born in Blytheville in 1946 to Hershel and Mae Garner, both of whom preceded her in death.
