Blytheville police have made two arrests in a rash of robberies earlier this month, according to Lt. John Frazier, the BPD Criminal Investigations Division commander. On Wednesday, officers arrested 20-year-old Dez'Shanal Spencer; Monday morning 19-year-old Acoye Williams surrendered to police.
