The Dancing for the Cure event was an overwhelming success last weekend. More than $93,000 was raised for American Cancer Society and we were told that we are the fifth highest money-raising county in the country, I couldn't believe it. Actually, that isn't true, I could believe it because since I've been living in Mississippi County and even before that when I was just visiting a lot, I've known that this community has one heck of a heart. ...

BHS students can earn trip to Six Flags with good test scores
