Born in Leachville, she was the daughter of the late John and Edna Green Wagner and had been a lifelong resident of the Leachville and Monette areas. Ms. Patsy Morris, 85, of Blytheville, passed away Sunday, August 20, 2017 at her home. Patsy was born to Cleo C. and Jewell (Cole) Pope in Portia, Arkansas. She was retired from Montgomery Ward where she was a bookkeeper. Patsy was a member of First United Methodist Church and was member of the choir for over 30 years.
