Members of Baldwin and Shell, Blytheville School District officials and community leaders broke ground at Haley Field, Thursday, for the new turf that will be installed. Crews have begun removing dirt from the field for the first time in its rich history, which includes hosting clashes of state and conference powers, many nailbitters and athletes that would go on to play bigtime football at the next level...
