UPDATE: Power to "critical infrastructure" has been restored (Local News ~ 03/01/17)
"Power has been restored to all 'critical infrastructure' [such as the hospital, water system, police department and fire department] at this time. We got it back online about 8 p.m. at the hospital and that large area off of 6th Street," Matt Faries, Customer Service Manager for Entergy said around 8:55 p.m. Wednesday evening. He also added that the "feed" had been restored to the Mississippi County Electric Cooperative (MCEC) substation in Gosnell around 9 p.m. as well...
