Robert Jacob Shumate, 19, of Manila, passed from this life Sunday, May 22, 2016. Born Oct. 2, 1996, in Blytheville he was a lifelong Manila resident and was a 2015 graduate of Manila High School. Jacob was a field machinist for Team Industrial Services and was a member of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ in Manila. He loved hunting and fishing and spending time with friends and family...

All three sex offenders sought by the Blytheville Police Department have been arrested, according to Capt. Scott Adams.
