In Ben Fisher's first season as head coach, Blytheville went from 1-9 to a playoff team. It was quite a debut for the new Chickasaw coach, who guided his club to a 6-5 record and fourth place finish in the 5A-East. Well folks, it's finally here. Christmas is tomorrow and I don't know if I could be more excited. As I was getting ready for Thursday, I couldn't help but think back on some of my favorite Christmas memories and stories.

Allen "Al" Ray Arnold, 68, of Collierville, Tennessee, and formerly of Blytheville, passed from this life Saturday, Dec. 20, 2014, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis.
