When I was growing up, there were things about my mom which had me continually perplexed. And I don't mean things like refusing to let me get dreadlocks or subsist entirely off of bean burritos from Taco Bell.

Fisher brings stability to Chickasaws (High School Sports ~ 08/23/14)
Blytheville head football coach Ben Fisher may be in his first year as head coach of the Chickasaws but he sure isn't a stranger to Blytheville. The Wynne native and Arkansas Tech grad has been teaching and coaching in Blytheville since 2000. "Blytheville is definitely home for me and my family," said Fisher. "People will ask me questions about Wynne like I still live there and I don't think of Wynne as home. I lived in Russellville for five years and that wasn't home."... -
Mayoral, council candidates expected for forum (Local News ~ 08/23/14)
The Greater Blytheville Area Chamber of Commerce will host a candidates forum at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 14, in the Blytheville High School Auditorium.
