The home of Dennis and Jennifer Gathright, 1224 Highway 139 North, was chosen as June Monette Yard of the Month. City Beautification Committee member Raye Finley the presented the Gathrights with a commemorative certificate, which read "The home of Dennis and Jennifer Gathright has been recognized as having the most beautifully landscaped and manicured yard in the entire Monette Community for the month of June 2013."
