Blytheville Public Works workers install new trash/recycle bins Thursday at Williams Park. Also pictured is the container, which has a side for trash and another for recyclables. According to Blytheville parks and recreation director Elroy Brown, the receptacles are being installed at all the local parks, including Walker, Cypress and the Blytheville Youth Sportsplex.
