Governor Mike Beebe will be in Blytheville Monday to speak at the Greater Blytheville Area Chamber of Commerce Luncheon. Beebe, who took office in 2007, is known nation wide for his policies on education, which now has Arkansas ranked fifth in K-12 education. Beebe has also worked to partner colleges and universities with local businesses to develop training programs and strengthen employment opportunities, making Arkansas the second easiest place to start a small business in the U.S...
