PINE BLUFF -- Jefferson County prosecutors say they will not pursue charges against a Little Rock man previously wanted for residential burglary, being a felon in possession of a firearm, rape, kidnapping and aggravated assault. Anthony James Welspom, 53, was arrested on the charges in August.
