Second Judicial District Prosecuting Attorney Scott Ellington asked the State Police to investigate Blytheville's failure to make tax deposits to the IRS a couple of months ago; now the FBI has announced plans to stick its lengthy nose into it as well.

The city's Historic District Commission is looking to set up design guidelines for Downtown Blytheville, and gave the public its first chance to be involved in the process Thursday night.
