The county has figured out that it really does owe the city of Blytheville what Mayor Harrison said it did; the confusion was largely due to the city's failure to regularly bill the county for District Court and Emergency 911 funds owed (for two years).

Don Marshall announces candidacy for Gosnell Mayor

There is now a three-way race for mayor of Gosnell with Don Marshall, Gosnell city councilman, announcing his candidacy for the position. "On Nov. 2, if given the opportunity to become your new mayor, we can make a difference in Gosnell," Marshall said. "I have resided in Gosnell for 19 years.
