    Charles Betts, of Nuway Recycling, took time to clear up some confusion concerning the city recycling program, which offers curbside pickup. "We are taking all cardboard, all office paper, magazines, junk mail, newspaper. On your plastics, we are focusing on your No. 1 and 2 plastics.
