Lake City honored their volunteers and workers on Saturday at the park. They recognized the volunteers and groups who helped with clean-up after the January ice storm. Entertainment and lunch were provided at the pavillion. Plaques of appreciation were presented.

Brenda Hutcheson, Ann Davis and Mayor Billy Anderson welcomed guests at the appreciation day.

City employees were presented a plaque for the "above and beyond" work they did following the January ice storm.
The Lake City Fire Department was presented a plaque for their assistance during the ice storm.
